Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between Alpine Heritage Interiors and our customers regarding the production and delivery of custom-made products. Any terms and conditions provided by the customer will not be recognized unless explicitly agreed upon by us.

2. Individual Pricing and Inquiry Process

  • All products are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications, and therefore, no standard pricing applies.

  • Customers can submit an inquiry through our website. Based on the customer’s requirements and specifications, we will issue an individualized quote, including the price, estimated production time, and other relevant details.

  • The quote is non-binding and valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.

3. Conclusion of Contract and Payment Terms

  • The contract is deemed concluded once the customer has confirmed the quote in writing.

  • After the conclusion of the contract, the customer will receive an invoice. The full payment of the invoice amount is required before the order is forwarded to the manufacturer.

  • Payment can be made using the methods specified in the quote.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Once payment has been received, the order will be forwarded to the manufacturer, and the production of the custom product will commence.

  • The production time will be specified in the quote and may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the order.

  • As the products are custom-made, cancellation after the production process has started is not possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal
As all products are custom-made to the customer’s specifications, there is no right of withdrawal. By placing the order, the customer expressly agrees that no right of withdrawal applies under the relevant regulations.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty rights are governed by applicable Swiss law.

  • Handcrafted products may exhibit minor variations in color, shape, and size, which highlight their artisanal nature and do not constitute defects.

  • We do not accept liability for damages resulting from improper handling or maintenance by the customer.

  • We are liable without limitation for willful misconduct and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Final Provisions

  • The laws of Switzerland shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • Should any provision of these T&Cs be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely aligns with the intended economic purpose of the invalid provision.
